The Relief RollerTM is very easy to use. Simply use the roller ball to apply the CBD + Menthol gel to the affected area. We recommend using the gel in one spot no more than four times a day. You should begin to feel the effects of the gel immediately!

The general rule of thumb for dosing is that men need more than women & the heavier you are, the more CBD you’ll need to get the desired effects.
We recommend men start with at least a 500 mg bottle. Women may get the desired effects from a 250 mg bottle.
